GARDEN-SPRING 2010-GET GROWING! |
MARCH PREPARATIONS FOR GROWING We’ve set up the glasshouse for this year’s seed starts, started the warmer, long-germination-period seeds in the heat flat, and now getting ready to plant the cold weather plants shortly. Our seeds are arriving from the orders so we are GETTING GROWING! Radishes and onions and carrots will be in soon and peas by ”St. Patty’s Day” if the tiller comes back from repair. We love the small tiller as it digs holes for the trees and shrubs. As well as, tills in the compost to our 5-ft by 5-ft plots in the 8-square garden. UDEL’S PLANT SALE IS APRIL AND SEPT-CLICK HERE FOR MORE! We can’t wait for the 62 degree weather forecast again! Every bit of clear and dry weather has to be used in the spring to GET GROWING! |
